Form an LLC or Corporation

Determine whether you wish to form a corporation or an LLC and the state where it will be formed. Use our guide to answer any questions you may have. When you have chosen the entity you may proceed to the order form or to the step below.

Provide the Required Information on the Order Form

  • First and second choice name for your entity
  • The principle business activity of the LLC or Corporation
  • Contact name, address, phone and email address
  • Legal Address of the entity (can be same as the contact)
  • Registered Agent name and address (if not Incorporate 101)
  • Number of Directors (if a corporation) or Members (if an LLC)
  • Names and Addresses of Directors (if a corporation) or Members (if an LLC)
  • Names, addresses and Social Security numbers and % ownership for each shareholder (if an S Corporation)
  • Credit card information (through our secure server)

How long does it take?

The Confidential Order Form is easy to follow and should take you less than 10 minutes to complete. Filing times for states vary depending on the state and the method of delivery chosen.

When will I receive my articles of incorporation?

Incorporating times vary depending on the state and the method of delivery chosen. While a regular corporation or LLC may take 4-6 weeks to complete, Expedited Filing enables your business to be established in a fraction of the time–processing times are typically reduced by 7 to 10 business days.
